Gerstenberg & Agger has been a family run company through generations

Gerstenberg & Agger A/S is owned and operated by the dairy engineer Knud Aage Gerstenberg, who bought the family company in 1981 and also owns the ultimate holding company KAG Holding and the subsidiary A/S Gerias.

Beside the job as CEO of Gerstenberg & Agger A/S Knud Aage Gerstenberg is board Chairman of A.H. Nichro Haardchrom and the Dreyer Foundation, and board member of A/S Gerias, Gerstenberg & Agger A/S, Kalvebod Hus ApS, Kavi Invest A/S, Ejendomsaktieselskabet Vest, Marie & M.B. Richters Foundation and Frants Richters Foundation.
